For the past 20 years, Susan has traveled around cities, towns, and communities to write about the culinary delights Alabama has to offer. She’s been a newspaper food critic and food writer. This multi-talented foodie also consults, creates restaurant menus, and has a monthly book segment on FOX6’s, Good Day Alabama.

 

Susan Swagler studied at Auburn University and definitely has learned how to hold a lot of eggs in one basket. In addition to her passion for food blogging, she also is perfecting the art of cooking, loves to run, and juggles the life of mom and wife as well. She has been a contributor to Portico Mountain Brook for over four years and has served as an editor and writer for the Corsini Consulting group. Her repertoire is impressive and could even be described as an expert in the field.

Sarris has joined forces with Richard Wilkins of R & S Food Services to form Yellow Bicycle Catering Co.

George Sarris, owner of The Fish Market, has expanded his catering company specializing in Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Corporate Events, Showers, Birthdays, Receptions, Reunions, Holiday Parties and luncheons etc... “We continue to make everything in-house, from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients from as close to home as possible. And we will bring the party to you wherever you choose!” For someone as credible and known as George Sarris, we are impressed to see him bring something new to the food world, and we definitely have high hopes for its success.
